The holidays are a perfect time to reconnect with loved ones, especially when family members travel from afar to be together. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a family at Koreshan State Park (located in the Fort Myers/Estero Florida area), where we captured the warmth and connection that only family can bring.
This was my second session with this lovely couple, who wanted to capture their family moments in a setting as special as their connection. With their adult son visiting from out of town, Koreshan State Park offered the perfect blend of natural beauty and a serene backdrop for their session, making it an ideal location to celebrate their togetherness and create images they’ll treasure.

Located in the heart of Estero, Koreshan State Park is a true gem in SWFL. With its lush trails, charming historic buildings, a meandering river, and two scenic bridges, it provided a stunning backdrop for this family session. The park’s peaceful, natural surroundings allowed us to capture relaxed, candid moments that truly showcase the warmth of a close family.
Continuing a Family Tradition
It’s always special to see a family return for another session, and this couple holds a special place in my heart. Not long ago, I photographed their daughter, her husband, and their little ones during a magical sunrise session at Barefoot Beach in Naples.
